Data Deletion Instructions

AE Social, operated by PT Alexander Elena Consulting, lets you delete the data we hold about you and your connected accounts at any time. This page explains how.

Option 1: Disconnect from Meta

You can revoke AE Social's access directly from Meta. This stops all future data access and signals us to delete the data associated with your connection.

  • Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → find AE Social → Remove.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Email us from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the name of the Facebook Page you connected so we can identify your records.

What we delete

  • The content we accessed from your connected Pages (comments, mentions, reactions).
  • The insights and reports we generated from that content.
  • The goals and preferences you configured, and your access tokens.

Timeline

We confirm receipt of a deletion request and complete deletion within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records. We will tell you when deletion is complete.
