Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by PT Alexander Elena Consulting ("AE Social", "we", "us"). By using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

AE Social provides AI-assisted analysis of incoming content on your connected Facebook Pages and the Instagram accounts linked to them - including comments, mentions, stories that reference you, and messages - producing insights and recommendations based on goals you configure. The specific features available may change over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business and the social accounts you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs under it.

3. Connecting Meta accounts

To use the service you connect your Facebook Pages, and the Instagram accounts linked to them, through Meta's official platform and grant the permissions we request. Your use of those platforms remains subject to Meta's own terms. You may disconnect at any time, which revokes our access.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to violate any law or the terms of Meta or other platforms.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Do not use the service to process data you have no right to access.

5. Fees

Fees, billing terms, and any free tier are described at the point of sale or in a separate order. We make the current fees available before you subscribe, and by subscribing you agree to the fees and billing cycle shown at that time. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and are payable in advance for each billing period.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the service, including its software and AI models. You retain rights in your own data and content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service and generate insights for you.

7. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data per our Data Deletion Instructions.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Insights and recommendations are informational and do not guarantee any particular outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AE Social is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
